Generar dubtes sobre la realització de la consulta, apuntant un ajornament, és capgirar la Declaració de Sobirania del Parlament.
Esmentar que la consulta depèn de l’autorització o prohibició del Tribunal Constitucional de l’estat és negar que Catalunya és subjecte polític de sobirania.
El TC, el govern de l’estat, el PP i el PSOE, no volen, prohibiran i faran mans i mànigues per impedir la consulta. El Parlament, el govern i els partits que han adoptat la Declaració de Sobirania i la pregunta per la consulta tenen l’obligació política i moral de preparar-la i assegurar la legalitat catalana per realitzar-la.
La legitimitat prové de la mobilització multitudinària de la població catalana. El «Volem votar i guanyar» de l’ANC serà referendat el proper 11S.
La V de l’11S serà la primera consulta per saber si la gent treballadora de Catalunya està disposada a una ruptura democràtica. Participar en la “V” de votar, demanar una participació activa en les decisions del seu país i exigir el dret a ser consultada sobre quin país vol.
Aquest és el repte que té la gent aturada, gran i jove, els mestres que volen ensenyar en bones condicions, les infermeres i metges que volen servir la salut, els bombers, els camperols, els treballadors i treballadores, els professionals. Quin país volem la gran majoria? Ara és l’hora de decidir-ho.
El país que volem, ha de ser un país independent de la monarquia i dels partits que li donen suport. Aquesta és la por de tots els burgesos, siguin espanyols o catalans. Ells es veuen desvalguts sense un règim corrupte que els ha amagat les vergonyes, les corrupcions, els robatoris, des de fa 40 anys.
Per això la consulta sobre si la gent que viu a Catalunya vol constituir un país independent, els fa tanta por. I els fa por també als qui ens governen des de la Generalitat, com la vicepresidenta Joana Ortega, o l’expresident del Parlament, Joan Rigol, que sabotegen allò que ha acordat el Parlament de Catalunya i el Pacte Nacional pel Dret a Decidir, en pronunciar-se contra la celebració de la consulta si el TC no ho aprova. Com pot formar part del govern si es preparen per acatar la prohibició del dret de Catalunya a decidir?
Volen repetir la submissió autonomista a la Constitució monàrquica de 1978 com va fer Jordi Pujol, l’ex-president i ara defraudador confés.
Ara és l’hora de canviar les coses. Ara és l’hora que la gran majoria del poble, que no va poder participar, ni votar, ni decidir el 1978, junt als que ho van fer i van ser traïts, anem junts. Junts podem canviar aquesta situació, aquest règim, constituir una legalitat diferent i una República Catalana.
